The ministry of Maranatha Bible & Missionary Conference exists for the glory of God and it's purpose is to equip and empower families and others to grow in their Christian lives.

Surveys have shown that people who are interested in attending a summer ministry week at Maranatha will do so because of the recommendation and encouragement of a friend, family member, pastor, or church.  Therefore we
are offering you an opportunity to participate in an exciting program called:  The Maranatha Vision Partners (MVP) Program.

WHAT IS A MARANATHA VISION PARTNER?
A Maranatha Vision Partner (MVP) is a Maranatha summer participant who encourages others that have never attended Maranatha to come, study God's Word and Vacation-with-Purpose. In becoming a MVP, first complete the attached application (husband and wife need to complete only one application) and return it to Maranatha.  We will process your application and a MVP Number will be assigned and mailed to you.  This process will take 2-4 weeks after receipt of your application.

WHAT DOES A MARANATHA VISION PARTNER DO?
As a MVP, you would contact, by a personal visit or by telephone, friends and/or church families and invite them to register for one of the family vacation ministry weeks at Maranatha.  We encourage you to pray before each contact, that God would lead you to people who have a desire to study God's word and experience the most incredible vacation their family will ever have.  We also urge you to continue to pray, during and after each contact, for God's will.

HELPFUL SUGGESTIONS FOR THE MVP
~    You will receive materials to share with others including labels
       with your MVP Number to place on the materials.
~    We are currently developing and hope to provide you with a video
       that you may share during your presentations.
~     Distribute personally Maranatha brochures and other promotional
       material available about the Maranatha summer ministry season. 
       You may do this by visiting special interest classes within the church
       such as young married, singles, family home Bible study groups,
       etc; sharing briefly your ministry and the Maranatha vacation experience.
~    Please obtain permission from your pastor or church leaders before
       you present your Maranatha experience to the congregation. You may
       want to approach local and regional churches through friends and
       loved ones as well as other social groups.
~    Think of special interest groups to share the ministry of Maranatha.
~    Work with your pastor and church secretary to place announcements
       regarding Maranatha's ministry in your church bulletin, website and/or
       newsletter.
~    Be available, following your presentation, to distribute the Maranatha
       brochure and other materials and answer questions about the
       Maranatha ministry.
~    Please make sure people know to give your MVP number at the time
       they register for their week at Maranatha.

BENEFITS OF BEING A MARANATHA VISION PARTNER
· As an encouragement to those who help us share Maranatha's ministry by being a MVP, we would like to thank you in a special way.  For every household that registers and attends as a "first time" weekly guest using your MVP Number, you will receive a Certificate of Gratitude valued at $50.00.  The more guests that attend using your MVP number - the more certificates you will receive. Certificates will be issued following the "first time" registrant's attendance as a weekly guest, and may be used toward payment of your future stay at Maranatha (or for Maranatha Members certificates may be used toward your conference/organizational fees.)  It is essential that your MVP number be given when the "first time" attendee makes their reservation. (Certificates are valid for one year and can be used with published percentage discounts but cannot be used with other special incentives.  They are non-refundable, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.)

Of course, the greatest benefit is the satisfaction of knowing you are helping your friends and family deepen their understanding of God's Word and strengthen their faith.
