Daily Guest Rates: All Guest Groups that have day guests and / or participants will be charged a Daily Guest Rate of $16.00 per person plus any meals or other services they participate in.
- A signed contract and deposit is required to secure your reservation. - Payment of all fees is payable upon receipt of the final billing. - After 30 days of the billing date a 5% per month finance charge will be incurred. - Payment is to be made by single, organizational check, credit card or money order. - You will be charged the published day guest rates plus appropriate meal rates for any day guests. - Check out time is to be within three hours of your last meal. (If a later time is desired please make arrangements prior to your event.) - Guest Group agrees that registration of the retreat/event guests are your responsibility. - Accommodation, Sales & Use Taxes will be added if exempt certificate not on file.
